National Customer Service Week is a week long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the economy.

National Customer Service Week (NCSW) takes place during the first full week in October between 1 and 5 October, 2018

As an individual you are expected to develop and recognise your customer service skills and then have insight, advice and concrete strategies to improve service.
