Customers should be better not feel better

Fabulous Customer Service’ sounds user-centered but it’s often just a company-centered focus 

masquerading as user-centered. The role of customer service is to support and enable users to not just feel better, but to be better.”
 Did this come as a surprise? Yeah, make sure your customer is better and satisfied at the end of the day not feel better.
When they are better, they will come back to you and also refer. But when they feel better, the feelings will disappear eventually.
