If you have a job with no aggravation, you don’t have a job

A brand not responding on Twitter is like hanging up the phone on customers. With millions watching.

If you have a job without aggravations, then it simply means you don’t have a job. All businesses need to be young forever. If your customer base ages with you, you’re Woolworth’s.

The implication being that almost every job has some form of aggravation that comes along with it, otherwise, it’s a hobby.  Since as customer service relation officer, your jobs involve solving some sort of problem, it seems like aggravating circumstances are almost necessary for the job to exist.

But, back to the idea of getting paid to do what you love to do.

It’s important to make your living doing something you have a passion for.  Something that makes you look forward to going to work.   If you do what you love to do, when the aggravation comes around, you’re better equipped to deal with it because you actually like what you’re doing.
